The K-12 ESOL Compliance team assists schools in adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the education of English Language Learners (ELLs), as required by the Consent Decree. Our support encompasses essential compliance procedures, timelines, and accurate data entry, as well as the management of ELL student information and services through the ELLevation platform.

We also focus on record keeping, which entails maintaining comprehensive folders for ESOL Program Records, and we implement internal monitoring processes to ensure that schools comply with ESOL regulations.

Additionally, we provide training and technical assistance to help ensure that all students receive services that align with applicable laws and policies.
